We define proportions, visual balance and volumetric relationships before the shape becomes matter. Our 3D engineering team transforms a sketch into an exact mathematical model, ready for industrial tolerances of a hundredth of a millimetre.
Once the design is selected, we produce a high-precision 3D print to verify every detail of the work in person. The prototype allows volumes, proportions and surfaces to be perceived with absolute fidelity, anticipating the real glass experience before mould development.
A bespoke project requires a dedicated mould, designed exclusively for your bottle. We produce the mould with high-precision CNC machining on cast iron and special alloys, engraving the shape with micrometric accuracy.
The shape comes to life through high-precision industrial processes. Molten glass is shaped in the mould at controlled temperatures, guaranteeing dimensional stability, consistent quality and maximum fidelity to the original design.
The design takes on its identity through advanced finishing and processing. Screen printing, lacquering, satin finishing, metallisations and reliefs transform the bottle into a distinctive element, making every bottle immediately recognisable.
Every parameter is controlled to ensure coherence between design and final result. Dimensions, visual balance and glass integrity are verified according to rigorous standards, ensuring consistent quality throughout production.
